Weight, and what it means for you
- 240–280 GSM terry — loop-back inside, breathable. Works most of the year in Bangalore, Pune or Hyderabad.
- 320 GSM and above, brushed fleece — soft napped interior, genuinely warm. Delhi and north India winter territory.
Fit
Oversized hoodies carry a dropped shoulder and roomier body — the standard streetwear silhouette, and the one to pick if you layer. Regular fits sit closer and work better under a jacket. Ribbed cuffs and hem on both, so the shape holds.
Care
Cold wash inside-out, low tumble or line dry. Avoid fabric softener on fleece — it coats the fibres and flattens the nap that makes the hoodie warm in the first place.
